Summary: Very willing and open communication from management. Only misleading thing was paying for the pool to be heated and finding out that it would be heated throughout the day and not at night. Our hopes of evening swims didn't happen. In fairness, we did not make it a talking point and perhaps could have. Just thought that warranted more transparency since we paid a premium to have it heated.
