Positive: The location is conveniently located near the Disney parks and restaurants.

Negative: It was not very clean. The shower had mold, the area rug was covered in hair, the pool chairs and interior furniture were old. The kitchen did not have any basic supplies that most vacation rentals include like salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc. BEWARE IF YOU HAVE A PET: I was also disappointed in booking.com in that I was charged an extra $227 for my pet (which was more than the cost per person (4 of us) after I booked and paid in full. I didn't know that the fee would be charged later and by the property owner outside of booking.com. The booking said "pet fees may apply", but the fees have always been included in the final booking cost. We travel with our dog multiple times a year and have never had this happen. This place charged pet fees separately after I paid in full with booking.com and after it was too late to cancel. I would never have booked this place if I had known that. Booking.com said the owners can charge renters outside of the booking.com site. I will be avoiding booking through it now.
