Scenic View Retreat is a two bedroom brick cabin located at the edge of the Hocking Hills, with a beautiful fishing pond just outside your door.
This cabin offers all the comforts of home with satellite TV and a reclining leather sofa where you can relax in front of the wood burning fire place. If nature is what you crave this cabin is in the middle of nowhere, no wi-fi or cell service to interrupt nature. You can relax in the hot tub with a view of the pond or have a picnic lunch around the fire pit. There are also trails through the woods where you can take a nature hike. Close to many area attractions we're sure you will find everything you need to enjoy a tranquil, relaxing vacation in the beautiful Hocking Hills ( There’s no Wi-Fi and very Limited cell service.)

Summary: Our experience was really good. The pond has an oily film on it and the driveway to the cabin has some pretty good sized pot holes that need filled in. There is a TV but the only thing you can use it for is watch DVD's because the trees have grown over the satellite and there's no reception for regular television viewing. In fairness it's not listed in the amenities. This was our 5th time renting Scenic View.
