One block away from the Historic Shem Creek Waterway, where at last count, there are 16 restaurants in a 4 block radius. Rent a paddle Board or a Kayak and get out on the water that draws us all to the area. Shrimp boats line the docks and offer up fresh catches daily and the boardwalk to the harbor are hard to beat. The beaches of Sullivans Island and the Isle of Palms are 12 minutes away while historic Charleston is a 15 minute drive and Uber is always available. There is a comfortable well landscaped patio and a grill for your enjoyment. The owners are seasoned renters and have 4 sister properties all next door to one another so plan ahead and bring your friends and family.
