The living room has a large screen TV and opens onto a spacious patio with ample seating and magnificent views of the beach, ocean and park just across the way.

The kitchen is equipped for all kinds of meals and has views over the beach whilst cooking.
There are 4 bedrooms, the Primary bedroom features a King -sized bed and a Smart TV.
The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and double vanity.
Two guest bedrooms have Queen sized beds and there is a fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds.
The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and large vanity.

For your convenience there is parking in the garage for 2 standard size cars and also the driveway is available for parking.
