Summary: Check in process is confusing. You get one parking spot, when I inquired about PAYING FOR AN ADDITIONAL SPOT for my husbands truck communication was bare minimum. I was told they are extremely strict about one parking spot per unit & suggested I download an app to help me find a parking facility. Parking garage only has 7 floors & there is definitely nothing to assist with bags so if your room is on a higher floor, pray you can get all your things in one trip as the elevators are exceptionally slow! I felt like I had spent most of my day, waiting for, or in the elevator, just to get my things to the 13th floor ! Key fob given for elevator does not always scan, this became very time consuming & then embarrassing as tenants within the building ended up helping several times by just punching in their key code for the elevator. The dial pad lock on unit malfunctions constantly & key code given worked maybe 1 out of 5 attempts, it was insanely frustrating. At first glance unit seemed clean, once settled in & turned on lights I quickly noticed the baseboards/walls were very noticeably dirty, throughout the whole entire place. Kitchen had bare minimum as far as utensils, glasses & dishes.
