A lovely screened porch and deck are off the back of the house over looking the spacious back yard, newly renovated kitchen and convenient charging for electric vehicles in the driveway with a 50 amp outlet. Ample off street parking with permits for the week to park in the ocean block for easier access to the beach. Nice area for walking, jogging and biking. Walk to downtown Rehoboth Beach for some of the finest dining in the area. Take the Jolly Trolley into Dewey Beach and enjoy the nightlife and downtown historic Lewes is only 5 miles away. TWO WEEK MINIMUM RENTALS IN SEASON. NO BEACH WEEK OR GRADUATION CELEBRATIONS ARE PERMITTED.
