Summary: One of the best VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in! From the second we walked in the door we were so pleased! The house feels spacious for a ranch. You enter into a bonus family room with a nice couch and TV. The slider opens onto a nice deck and tranquil backyard. Lots of birds, bunnies and we even saw a turkey! Private backyard that is nicely landscaped. Plenty of outdoor seating and a relaxing hammock. Both queen rooms are spacious. The twin room is the smallest but perfectly comfortable and the only bedroom with a TV. The bathroom isn’t large but has great water pressure in the shower and some storage under the sink. The main living room has a great sectional and TV. The entire house is nicely decorated and CLEAN! The towels and linens provided are good and on par with a mid range hotel. The laundry room with W/D and half bath was a bonus. We did not cook but literally everything you could need is provided. They even have a cupboard with spices, olive oil, etc. There are trash bags, dish soap, bath soap, toilet paper…I’ve never had a rental provide more than a sponge and a trash bag. The garage has beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, floats and yard games. My favorite part of the trip was playing yard games with my family and sitting around the gas fire pit. Many, many thoughtful touches. Lastly, can’t beat the location. 15 minutes to either bay beaches or the other side on the sound. Our favorite beach was Seagull Beach which was recommended by our amazing hosts.
