The included golf cart makes traversing the many Sun Lakes courses a breeze.

This two bedroom home is nicely updated with freshly painted cabinets and granite countertops in the kitchen. WiFi is included, along with cable TV. Your temporary resident card allows you access to the member only restaurants and bars. Take a cool dip in the Cottonwood club house pool - a quick 2 minute drive in the golf cart. The smaller Michigan Pool is 2 minutes the other direction. There's tennis, pickle ball, bocce, pitch and putt... so much to do to fill your days!

Grocery stores are nearby, there's easy access to I-10, and Phoenix Skyharbor and Mesa Gateway airports are a quick 20-30 minutes away.
