A charming, cozy, beach vacation rental property, Parrot Beach Cottages consists of one, 2-story building ~150 feet from Siesta Key Public Beach Access 2.
Suite 2 is a very small (~250 sq ft), fully furnished, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite with a queen bed and a very small full kitchen. It is ideal for up to two people. The suite's bathroom consists of a single sink, toilet and a shower/tub combo. The bathroom has a pocket door on each side, so it can be accessed through the living room as well as through the bedroom. It has very limited storage with one very small closet. Suite 2 has a maximum sleeping capacity of two people total regardless of age. Suite 2 is located at ground level, next to the pool. The suite comes with 1-reserved off-street parking spot (the property is very small, so there is no extra vehicle or visitor parking).

Our area of the beach is a favorite for sun bathing, swimming, romantic sunset walks on the beach, small beach weddings, skim boarding, paddle boarding, kayaking, shore fishing, and more! Fishermen catch their bait right here and catch everything from Snapper to Mackerel to Snook and Jacks. Our location is within walking distance to rental businesses that rent everything from kayaks, paddle boards and bikes to video game systems, baby cribs and strollers! Due to how close our property is to the beach, a number of the rental places will bring kayaks, paddleboards and bikes right to the property and pick them up when you are done!
Guests love that we are truly walking distance to the beach and the Village and the more private feel to the beach by us since there is no nearby public parking and the road dead ends.
