Summary: We recently stayed at this rustic rental home by the river, and it was exactly what we needed for a quiet, nature-filled escape. The location is absolutely stunning—tucked away in a peaceful setting with the soothing sound of the river just steps away. Mornings on the porch with a cup of coffee and evenings by the fire pit were highlights of my stay.The host (Courtney) is so friendly and very supportive throughout the stay, always checking to see if we needed anything.The house is just a few minutes away from Carmel village, and we ate the juiciest strawberries and avocados for a quarter of the price in LA metro. Definitely a gem worth coming back for.
