After two years of enjoying hosting our guests in The Oasis, we decided to expand our offer with the New Oasis. Right next door, this modern and newly renovated 2 bedroom - 2.5 bathroom townhouse located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Lewisburg is your perfect home away from home whether you're here for business or pleasure. It is located in a residential neighborhood just a short walk from WVSOM campus and conference center, and a scenic 10 minute walk to downtown Lewisburg. Two parking spots are available with additional free guest parking. The house can sleep up to 4 people (1 queen bed, 2 twin beds) and features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic surface stove, microwave, coffeemaker, electric kettle, toaster, toaster oven, dishes and utensils). Living room and dining area are spacious and open up to a patio and backyard facing a small pond where you can enjoy your afternoons. The outside seating area (two patio chairs and a small table) is shaded most of the day which makes it perfect to enjoy the peaceful and quiet view of deer grazing in the field, interrupted only by birds singing. Living room is set up for enjoying you favorite TV shows (on a 65 inch curved TV), or just sitting and relaxing in front of the electric fireplace, listening to your favorite music (the entertainment center has Bluetooth connectivity). Dining table sits six people and is expandable to provide more space in case you decide to prepare a feast. Two bar-stools at the counter are a perfect spot for a quick snack or morning coffee. Half bathroom located downstairs adds to your convenience. Upstairs, master bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen TV and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a full bathroom and a TV. Both bedrooms have built in closets with plenty of space to store your luggage. Washer and dryer are located in the utility room on the second floor. Hypoallergenic laundry detergent is provided in case you need to run a few loads during your visit. Wireless internet is available throughout the house and on the patio.
