Come enjoy our newly renovated beautiful spacious historic home. Located across the street from the gorgeous Kanahwa River and waterfalls. Enjoy the Glen Ferris 200 year old historic Inns restaurant while enjoying the beautiful riverfront view.
Our home is located close to the New River Gorge National Park and the Hawks Nest State Park.
We are 35 miles from Charleston and 15 minutes to Fayetteville.
If you are exploring our area and looking for adventure then this is the place for you.
The space
This home was just renovated. We have three bedrooms upstairs, one full bathroom upstairs, and one downstairs.
Each bedroom is tastefully decorated, all new memory foam mattresses, brand new linens.
Guest access
Guests have full access to this private home. And guest are welcome to dine over across the street at the Inn. The food is awesome!!

Summary: This house was sold a month prior to our arrival. We received no notice. The host was able to place our group in another home. While it was a nice property, it caused travel and logistical issues. I appreciate she provided accommodations, However, I would have appreciated some accountability in our phone conversation. Threatening to cancel the reservation altogether, knowing I have no other availability, is not owning your mistake. With prior notice, I may have been able to find something suitable. That was extremely rude and not something I can forget.
