This luxurious 10th floor unit is immaculately maintained including a recent complete kitchen, including appliances, and partial second bathroom remodel. Enjoy the new patio furniture on the oceanfront balcony and watch the dolphins swim in the surf or simply enjoy the ocean breeze. This unit has a king bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the second bedroom and two brand new leather sofas in the living room. The unit comfortably sleeps six people. The master bedroom and living area have large sliding glass doors to allow for wonderful direct oceanfront views of the Atlantic Ocean during the day and the soothing sound of the ocean surf during the evening and overnight hours. Enjoy use of three flat-screen tvs in the large living area, master or second bedroom.
