This 3-bedroom 2 bath duplex has a wonderful wrap-around porch that captures ocean breezes and is located on the coveted Gold Coast, one street away from the beach. Awnings encompass the porch where you can spend pleasant mornings drinking coffee and lovely evenings playing cards, talking and having a cool beverage with friends. You can entertain 6 comfortably for dinner.
This property is located 1 block from the 22nd street beach and 2 blocks from Uncle Bill’s Pancake House, Naughty Donuts, Aunt Betty’s Ice Cream Parlor and Blitz’s family market (Some great sandwiches!). The boardwalk ends at 23rd Street, the quiet end of the boards. We are situated between the nicest beaches on the island - the 22nd Street beach which has a lifeguard and the big 23rd Street beach. We provide beach chairs, beach towels and kid’s beach toys. Enjoy our home and make summer family memories here!
