It is beautifully furnished, complete with fireplace, air conditioning, and two outdoor balconies. The house has just been remodeled, upgrading to the fine quality our guests deserve : ) All of the beautiful furnishings are new, including the handcrafted benches and artwork that are made by local Santa Fe artists. The house is well stocked with many items such as extra towels, blankets and pillows, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, teas, cooking oils, spices, etc. Firewood is not supplied but is available at either close by grocery store.

Summary: My husband and I and our friend stayed for 5 nights. We loved the location and how well-appointed the Casita was (kitchen utensils, place settings, coffee and filters, washer/dryer and detergent, iron and steamer, and lots of towels!). The main downside was that there was a huge A/C unit which did not however cool the queen bedroom on the main floor and overcooled the upstairs king bedroom. It was very warm when we visited and so a bit uncomfortable. Our Host Lynn was splendid!
