Summary: -Stayed in this home January 9 - April 10, 2024. -Great location in Phase One. 2 blocks to the golf course, the pool, fitness area, North patio. -Quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors. -House itself was plenty big, 1600 sq. ft. -Two good sized bedrooms, nice kitchen, sun room, large dining room, 2 recliners and plenty of chairs and a nice sofa in the living room, 2 walk in showers, no tub, nicely landscaped back yard, citrus trees with great oranges, gas grill, large patio table, large attached garage for parking. -The owners, Laura and Joe, were outstanding with communication. There were a few minor issues but were handled quickly. Very nice people to work with. -Without question, highly recommend this home.
