The holiday property is in the Vordere Alte Neustadt, just a five-minute walk from the Weser and a further five minutes from there over the pedestrian bridge with a fantastic view of the old town panorama as far as the centre.

The newly renovated and furnished bedroom has two single beds (100 x 200cm) that can also be joined together, as well as a glass desk, two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a second flatscreen TV. Bed linen is included. The bathroom has a rain shower with a glass screen, a washbasin, WC and two cupboards. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.
