The interior of the home has an open concept with a large kitchen that has newer white cabinets, nice stainless appliances, and tons of white Quartz counter space that includes a peninsula with seating. The Living room has French doors that lead to the pool area. The primary bedroom is separate from the other two bedrooms. When you pull up you will see a tranquil place to relax or enjoy your time in the game room with poker table or basketball. You'll see ample parking on the side of the house as well as street parking. The location is minutes away from Sozo sports complex, local restaurants, grocery stores and much more. Summary: The house was immaculate! Beds were comfy, plenty of plush towels and beach towels. However the pool area was suffering from lots of deferred maintenance.The pool itself was useable but cold, 73 degrees not exactly heated.
