Get a resort style vacation at the Beach Club, but with your own private house and pool! Newly
built in 2023, this 4 bedroom/4 bath house comfortably sleeps 11 guests with a 5-minute easy
walk within the resort to beach access and resort amenities. Outdoor seating options include a
covered patio with dining table for 6, four Adirondack chairs and 2 large loungers. Enjoy the
swaying palms and lush landscaping with a view of the lit-up water fountain. The private pool
can be heated in cooler months by request.
Stepping in the front door, to your right and left, there are two queen guest rooms, each with
ensuite bathrooms and Roku TVs. Next on the left side, there is a room with a queen bed, with TV and another full bathroom.
On the right of the entry is a full-size washer/dryer area. The main living space includes a queen
pullout sofa, loveseat, swivel rocker and 3 cozy beanbag chairs for the kids. The dining table
seats 6, plus 6 barstools at the large white-quartz covered island. The well-appointed kitchen is
stocked with plenty of dining ware, cooking tools and appliances (pots/pans, slow cooker,
griddle, toaster, blender, drip and Keurig coffee machines). In addition, we have a 5-burner gas
griddle outside. The refrigerator has filtered water and ice, as well as a separate ice maker that
makes the smaller ice cubes that are perfect for adult beverages after a long day of soaking up
the sun. There are HUGE windows that look out to your Southern facing private patio and pool.
The house is built to “gold standard,” so it is super quiet from outside noise.
From the den or patio, you can walk into the primary bedroom, which has windows looking right
out onto the sundeck and pool. The king-size mattress is extremely comfortable. The ensuite
bathroom has double vanities, quartz countertops and a beautiful tiled shower and a large
soaking tub. The walk-in closet is large with a separate water closet.
All TVs in the house are smart TVs so you can login to stream your own favorite channels.
Cable TV, high-speed internet/private Wi-Fi is provided. In all bedrooms, we use anti-microbial
mattress and pillow protectors, as well as white coverlets that are washed after each stay. The
bedrooms have blackout shades on windows. All guest baths have a shower/tub combo.
Access to the beach, bar, condo pools and hot tubs is included, but to have full privileges at the
Beach Club, if you wish to use these amenities, you can opt to pay a daily or weekly rate (based
on our 4 bedroom house) which will give you access to clubhouse pool/hot tub, fitness center,
saunas/steam rooms, tennis/basketball courts, free arcade and free DVD player/movie rentals.
Beach Club has a spa, 2 restaurants (a bar & grill with pizza, an arcade and golf simulator and
Coast for oceanside fine dining), a gift shop, ice cream shop, food trucks/lawn games and music
(in the summer) open to the public. Other great amenities on the property include a fitness trail,
sand volleyball and charcoal grill stations. On the beach you can rent jet skis, go parasailing,
take banana boat rides or just sit and relax in your own beach chairs (or take advantage of daily
rentals for set up of beach chairs and umbrellas). There is so much to do at the Beach Club that
you never need to leave the grounds. But if you do, there are several beach/supply stores and a
variety of restaurants within a few minute drive, and the heart of Gulf Shores with all it has to
offer is just 15 more minutes down the road.
Sorry, we love our furry friends too, but the Beach Club does not allow guests to bring pets. The
Beach Club is a gated-access community. No smoking/vaping is allowed on the property. The
person booking our home and checking in must be at least 25 years old.
Both back doors (that directly access the pool) have an audible alarm that you can turn on. The
front door includes a Ring doorbell camera. Our special place is lovingly managed by a local,
family-owned company, so please make yourselves at home and make amazing memories!
