Clean & airy, this cottage is located next to one of the many ponds on Block Island. There is a lovely deck with patio table & jchairs & pond & harbor views. There are bunk beds in one bedroom & a queen bed in the other, an open living/dining/kitchen area,microwave, full washer, Direct TV, internet. Close to many amenities such as beaches, restaurants, fishing, hiking, shopping & marinas. Featured in the Block Island Times.
**New reservations for the following season are accepted beginning November 1. **Weekly rentals are required during the summer season (last week in June thru early September). 2 nite minimum required off season.
