Semi-detached house (160 m²) with no overlooking neighbors, located at the back of the farm, guaranteed tranquility, with its own 1-hectare pond (accessible via a gate), situated near the Senonches forest (mushrooms) and in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, comprising:
