Cozy, remodeled cottage located on Seneca lake, and just a few miles from the outlet trail, local farm stands, wineries, and breweries. (Approximately, 10 minutes from Penn Yan, and 25 minutes from Watkins Glen). The cottage is located on a quiet dead-end road that makes it perfect for walking or biking (2 bikes available for use).
Pack your bags to stay in a home that provides all the necessities needed for a family style stay-- washer/dryer combo, coffee maker, full size fridge and oven, plates, cups, utensils, just about anything you'll need to cook in when you don't feel like going out.
Rooms are made up for your stay, with the bathroom being stocked with towels, shampoo, hairdryer, and toilet paper. Home has spectrum Wifi to stay connected and a SmartTV to stream shows. Outside you'll find a grill, bonfire pit, and plenty of seating to enjoy sunrises! There is a total of 70' lake frontage, with a stone beach (wade level entry) to put the two available kayaks and SUP (lifejackets are available for use as well) in for daily fun. There is also a wave runner lift available if that's more your style (boat launch nearby). But remember to bring your water shoes and beach towels! The lawn area includes a picnic table and corn hole boards available to renters as well.
Coming down to the lake front home, there are two options 1) many steps or 2) the elevator that can only be operated by an adult (elevator has been upgraded with safety features to safely transport renters and their things to and from the lake).
