But, that's just the beginning..... walking distance - just a few hundred yards - is a private dock where you can put your 17' boat in a private slip and store kayaks (two provided with house) for recreation on Ninigret Pond, the largest Salt Pond in Rhode Island. If the ocean is your preference, a pass to Charlestown Beach is included with the rental!
This 630 sf cottage has plenty of space both inside and out. The sunroom has an indoor dining table for four, ample closet space, and a second sitting area with a table and four chairs. It's the perfect location for board games, puzzles, art projects and (if unfortunately needed) a place to spread out and do work. :-( The living room has two comfy sofas for reading your beach books and is also equipped with a Samsung TV - local channels and high-speed internet.
One BR has a queen bed, closet and dresser; one BR with two XL twins, or converted to a king if requested, has an armoire and under-bed storage. The bedrooms share a newly renovated bathroom.
There is a large deck perfect for dining and relaxing. The deck includes a dining table with chairs as well as chaises. A spacious outdoor shower that enjoys the afternoon sun is adjacent to the deck. The cottage also has a very large yard perfect for summer games!
