The main house features four bedrooms, including a former watch tower with ladder access only, a stone fireplace, a three-season room, and an in-ground pool. With glorious views of Ninigret Pond and the Rhode Island/Long Island Sound, it offers a picturesque setting. The property also includes a second guest house availble at additional fee which has 1 bedroom, and a pullout sofa bed in the living room, a separate kitchen and laundry facilities, and a bathroom. There is also an outdoor shower attached to the guest house for returns from the beach. The guest house also doubles as a pool house with changing area and bathroom with shower at the main entrance. In total, it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Off Season 10 Guests additional 3-4 with guest house at additional cost per night
