Casa Alfazema is a holiday home in the countryside, spacious and equipped with an outdoor pool. It consists of: on the first floor, 1 bed room and bathroom; on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. It includes a large porch, which includes the barbecue. This is complemented with an attached lawn. There are also two terraces on the 1st floor with views of the mountain (inland) and the Ria Formosa and the sea, which can be used as solariums, in addition to the one around the pool.
My property includes a rustic part that integrates different species of fruit trees - different citrus, almond, persimmon, quince, fig, loquat, pomegranate and carob and olive trees. Customers will be able to taste the fruits of the season.
The property has ample private parking, where at least 4 vehicles can be parked.
Because I really appreciate the peaceful rural surroundings, which integrate the traditional agricultural cultures of the Algarve, I consider that my property is in an ideal place to enjoy a peaceful and safe vacation.
In addition, this area has great biodiversity. Therefore, I suggest taking walks on the paths of the surrounding area, as a way to fully enjoy this nature.
Customers will be able to benefit from a warm and almost familiar environment, as this is our way of welcoming. Although I am not present, I will always be available to resolve any issues that arise during the clients' stay.
Our local employees, who will appear frequently for care inside the house and for maintenance outside, will be available, whenever justified, to resolve any detected emergency.
Casa Alfazema is located in a rural, very calm environment, where, with some frequency, it is possible to appreciate the passage of flocks of sheep to be herded and leisure equestrian.
We will also be able to appreciate, in the respective seasons, the almond blossom and diverse agricultural harvests, namely of dried fruits and olives.
Considering the great biodiversity of the area, numerous plant species characteristic of Mediterranean environments and several animal species, namely birds, can be observed.
The circulation of vehicles is very limited, only for access to the few houses in the area, which is therefore very calm.
Public transport is about 3 km away, in the center of the parish of Pechão and it is relatively easy to travel by taxi, indicating the name of the house and, if possible, the respective GPS coordinates.
Casa Alfazema, although located in the countryside, is very close to the cities of Olhâo and Faro, as well as Faro airport and some beaches. Albufeira is 49 km away.
