This amazing cottage is located 1 block from Elk Avenue, mountain shuttle and all shops and restaurants! Walk everywhere or take the town shuttle to the mountain lifts. After all the fun, enjoy a relaxing time in our hot tub! We offer one queen bedroom and a nice, built in bunkroom with two twin beds. This is the perfect property for kids. The bath is located by the bunk room. Enjoy a south facing grassy fenced back yard, propane grill and your own private playground! Wi-fi and Smart TV in the master bedroom. Roku on living and bunkbedroom. We do not have cable tv. Dogs are welcomed for an extra fee of $100/dog, no exceptions. Please add that when requesting booking. No Off street Parking. Summary: We extended our trip and needed a place last minute. We’re lucky to find this available, but then the in-laws decided to extend as well, rendering our reservation redundant. Unfortunately we couldn’t be refunded for the stay, but we enjoyed some drinks on the back patio one evening while in town for dinner. There were clothes of past occupants on the floor of the small bedroom, but otherwise was clean enough for our purposes. Would have been nice to waive the cleaning fee since we did not occupy the house, but a few extra days in Crested butte is priceless.
