Mt Washington Overlook -a few steps from our door. This location has everything you need within walking distance and very close to sporting events ( Steelers, Penguins , Pirates and River hounds Soccer ) . Downtown Pittsburgh right at your fingertips- a short walk!! Take in the breathtaking views from one of many historical overlooks above the city of Pittsburgh.
This little gem is so inviting from the minute you step inside . The first floor is cozy with living area/ 2nd sleeping area, dining, fully stocked kitchen and full bath with shower. Warm up or just read a book next to the wall fireplace . Ascend to the second floor via the spiral stairs to find the second living room, dining or work area , reading corner , outside deck (overlooking part of the city), and the 1/2 bath.
Continue up the stairs to the relaxing bedroom with a peek of city views. We cannot accomodate anyone under the age of 18. The house has antiiques and stairs that could present a danger to small children .

Summary: This was a very unique home with plenty of space and lots of character. Our hosts were clear with expectations and that made our stay easier. This home is located in the perfect place in the Mt. Washington area of Pittsburgh. There are local stores right down the street and fun things and places to go right down the block!The WiFi access is great as well.Any time we contacted our hosts, they responded very quickly and were especially kind toward us. We will be back for sure!
