Summary: This property was in a lovely and safe neighborhood, and offered a peaceful and private experience. The only drawback was that it does not have air conditioning, so if the temps are high, the cottage does get quite warm during the day but then cools off very nicely at night. The extra bonus is that there's a small private patio area dedicated just to the cottage. A wonderful plus!
