This beautifully equipped 4 BR, 2.5 BA single family home offers a first floor bedroom and bath, as well as an outdoor shower, barbeque grill, 5 TVs, screened porch and decks. If you have lots of beach toys and don't want to "travel light" when beaching it or shopping, the owners have even provided 2 Bethany Beach parking permits if you'd like to drive to the beach or town. No pets or smoking please. If you have a larger group, consider renting 330 Garfield as well! Guests pay a $165 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights in the off-season. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
