Welcome to our Southold home, our home away from home. We invite you to stay in our air conditioned home and enjoy all the amenities especially our new heated pool!

We know you will enjoy our outdoor spaces by reclining poolside, unwinding on the deck, showering in the outdoor shower or toasting marshmallows at the fire pit. The backyard is truly an oasis and makes you feel like you're a million miles away from reality. If you're in the mood for some competition we have several backyard games for your entertainment!
The sun room is a great space for you to enjoy your morning coffee and/or any meal of the day. The top shelf of the buffet table has placemats and/or napkins for you use. We ask that you have your meals on the deck, in the sun room or kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped for making any meal of the day. The cabinet above the coffee pot has disposable products, paper plates, plastic cups and napkins. The second cabinet has coffee cups, glasses and plastic cups. The last cabinet before the sink has wine glasses, both plastic and glass.
The dishwasher is below the coffee pot. Please select the type of wash, normal and press start. The sink is great to wash and even dry a few items in it. There is soap, sponges and plenty of cleaners to wash up light spills etc. The double cabinet above the toaster oven has everyday dishes and serving pieces. There are breakable and plastic dishes ad bowls. The two drawers under the toaster oven have dish towels and additional serving pieces and measuring cups. The double cabinets contain mixing bowls, colander, pots and pans.
The stove is a gas stove. When you turn it on you will hear a clicking sound and then it will ignite. Please remember to turn the dial to off when you’re finished cooking. The cabinet next to the stove has a few necessities: salt, pepper, seasoning, breadcrumbs, and olive oil….
The frig contains a few staples such as coffee, reamer, ketchup, mustard. There are ice trays for ice cubes. Please refill when you use them.
The living room is a comfortable space to relax, watch TV or catch up on your emails.

The closet by the front door has a lightweight vacuum, broom and dustpan if needed. The master bedroom has clean sheets and a light blanket. There is plenty of room in the dresser or closet to put away your clothing.
The linen closet is in the hallway and has extra sheets and beach towels.
The Bathroom has a double switch by the sink for a light and a fan. Please use the fan when using the shower. Towels are available for house guests. There is also a first aid kit and hand steamer in the closet for you.
There is a beach and park at Founders Landing. It is a quick walk down Old Shipyard Lane and a left onto Hobart Road.
There are also four beach chairs and two adult bicycles in the garage for you to enjoy the sunshine!
