This house was remodeled in 2015 and has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. There are 7 steps to the front door and 3 steps to enter through the garage which allows easier access for all members of your family. The house is located mid-island surrounded by the plant life and wildlife that makes Fripp Island an amazing and unusual beach vacation.
There are two master suites, one king and one queen. Two other bedrooms have queen beds and one room has a bunk and a full. The open floor plan provides a central living and dining room connected to the kitchen. Just off the main living area is an amazing sun room designed to be an additional gathering space. Off the sun room, the quiet back yard provides daily chances to see the deer up close and personal. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your favorite meals and provides ample counter space with the addition of a new 6 ft island. The house has 2 refrigerators. The house has wi-fi and 4 TVs. One TV in each living area and one in each of the master bedrooms.
Fripp Island also provides world class golf, tennis, pools, and dining.
