Positive: We loved how close it was to beach & quietness

Negative: Didn't like there was no chairs on the top for all of us to set in like showed in the pictures. We could not use the TV in the bedroom with 2 beds cause there was no cable or streaming on it. I called about it no one ever called me back. :( Suggestions need to add towel racks or hooks in bathroom to hang your towel on. Also more pans & forks there was enough to use for cooking & eating :( It could use some curtains in the 2 back beds rooms to keep the headlights out
