Designated covered parking for 2 vehicles is located directly below this 2nd floor unit for no additional costs. Only 1 flight of stairs!

- Boat slip rental is available through the HOA property management. It's on a first come, first served basis, and proof of boat registration & insurance must be submitted. The complex will charge $105 for up to seven day pass.
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove-top, fridge, ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposable, microwave, etc.
-Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach/ pool towels.
-Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, paper towels, and trash bags.
