Summary: Everything was great. The property is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The owner kindly provided towels, beach chairs, and a beach bag for us to use while at the house. Furthermore, the neighborhood is really nice and people are really friendly.. I lived in Rhode Island for three years and this was a reunion trip with me and all my law school friends. It was very memorable. I would love to return. The only thing I would note is that the location of the house sits on the corner of Montauk and second. It can be a little tricky to find for that reason.
