Welcome to The Old Timber. Located right off of Rt. 3, 10 minutes north of Plymouth at the foothills of the White Mountains.

Private enough to feel like a true relaxing getaway but conveniently close to Waterville Valley & Tenny Mountain Ski Resort, snowmobile/ATV & hiking trails, shopping centers, and great restaurants.

This is our much-loved older home in a semi-rural area. You may see wildlife in the yard and the occasional outdoor insect or critter making an indoor appearance. If this makes you squeamish, this booking may not be a good fit for you.

We have 2 security cameras on the exterior of our home that is on at all times at the main entrance looking into the parking lot and towards the road. This is to ensure the safety of our guests and property, and to confirm that our max guest limit isn't broken.
