Positive: Everything! Beautiful place, the host was attentive, helpful, and friendly. The unit was great! Private, clean, a beautiful porch and garden area! I was impressed with the amenities and everything with this tiny house.

Negative: Nothing. Not a damn thing. It is prime location for both east coast beaches and theme parks. Neverminding the vibrant local culture. It is a beautiful place, in a quiet, safe place.

Summary: It was fucking Amaze-balls!!!! The host was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of the area.
