Behrensdorf is therefore not suitable for party trips.<br><br>The natural beach, which is free of tourist tax, is just 1.5 km away.<br><br><br>The region:<br><br>Behrensdorf is located in the northernmost part of Holstein Switzerland, between Schönberg i.H. and Hohwacht.<br><br>Our landmark is the lighthouse in Behrensdorf-Neuland, where, by the way, you can also get married.<br>There’s also the Waterneverstorf Estate (2 km), whose castle is idyllically situated on the Großer Binnensee.<br><br>The Panker Estate (approx. 7 km), with its world-famous Trakehner horse breeding program, castle, chapel, and picturesque art shops, is another destination well worth a visit. It also features a Michelin-starred restaurant. <br>Furthermore, the Hessenstein (approx. 7.3 km) is a great way to get a sense of the region. The view from the Hessenstein is impressive. On a clear day, you can see all the way to Denmark.<br>The nearest town is Lütjenburg (approx. 7 km). <br>This charming little town offers not only a variety of shopping options but also great sights, such as the Bismarck Tower, the Turmhügelburg, and the Ice Age Museum.<br><br><br>The accommodation:<br><br>Our lovingly furnished house is located on the outskirts of Behrensdorf and can accommodate up to five adults and one toddler (travel crib).<br>The house features a guest restroom as well as a very spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a Finnish sauna.<br><br>There are 3 bedrooms. They are arranged as follows: A master bedroom with a double bed. Adjacent to it is a bedroom with two single beds and two very large closets where you can truly store everything. Adjacent to the hallway is a small bedroom with a single bed. <br><br>From the hallway, you’ll enter the light-filled, open-concept living/dining/kitchen area. A cozy couch invites you to relax in front of the wood-burning stove. The living room features a 55-inch UHD TV with an internet connection. Wi-Fi is available. <br>From the master bedroom and the living room, you can step out onto the partially covered terrace with a view of the fields. Garden furniture and an extra-cozy beach chair await you. A charcoal grill is available for leisurely barbecue evenings. The entire property is fenced in, so your kids can’t wander off the property unsupervised.<br><br>All windows and patio doors are equipped with high-quality insect screens.<br><br><br>Special features:<br><br>You can charge your electric car with ease in the on-site carport. <br>Use of the wallbox and the sauna is billed separately. Currently, the rate for this is 0.33 €/kWh. All other electricity usage is, of course, included in the rent.<br><br>There is a lockable shed next to the carport where you can securely store your bicycles.<br><br>An additional parking space is available.<br><br><br>Tip:<br><br>If you don’t want to bring a bike, you can rent a bike, e-bike, child trailer, etc., at Fahrradhaus Scheibel in Lütjenburg. They also offer a delivery service. <br><br><br>
