The villa is on the ground floor for an area of about 170 square meters. GROUND FLOOR — Entrance; kitchen; living room with seating area and direct access to the veranda with dining table. The washing machine is located in an adjoining external compartment.

The fenced garden is spread over a terraced area for an area of about 1500 square meters. Among olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation there is a sauna, a small gym (with exercise bikes and dumbbells) with a service bathroom, elegant lounge areas, the 2 x 2 m hot tub, the area with the table tennis table and the modern swimming pool adjacent to the veranda with dining table and the comfortable outdoor kitchen.
