Our vacation cottage is a private residence (1/2 of a duplex) - with it's own private entry, private rear fenced in yard, no elevator to share or wait for, no communal hallways or entry doors. And our cottage is a Pet Friendly (**Message with pet details (breed mix, age and weight) as owner approval is required**) rental that offers all the comforts of home next to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf. Our beach access (#12) is in a predominantly residential single family home area so there's plenty of room to social distance. Min age to rent 25.
This charming cottage is the perfect choice for your vacation, with a 7 minute (or less) stroll to the beach. Please be sure the total number of guests for your stay is correct and message us with pet details (breed mix, age and weight) as owner approval is required.
Our vacation cottage offers 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath, this home sleeps up to 7 adults. (1 King, 1 queen, 1 twin and a sleeper sofa) You will also enjoy the comfort of cold central air conditioning and ceiling fans in each bedroom. All Bath & Bed linens as well as starter paper products and soaps are provided. Beach Towels are not provided, please bring your own.
The home features tile flooring throughout, a palm tree theme design, and a bright, spacious floor plan. Well stocked kitchen with all appliances. You’ll find everything you need (and probably more!). Electric range stove, full dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils, etc.
Gather around for family meals or game night, whatever suits your fancy. The living room has television with Amazon FireTVstick, additional TV in bedroom also has FireTVstick and DVD player. Free High Speed Wi-Fi makes life easy! The spacious living room offers comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach.
Parking is always an issue at the beach…but not here! We have convenient off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles (2x2 in tandem), making this vacation a breeze.
Don’t worry about laundry…we’ve got you covered! Enjoy the convenience of a full size washer and dryer during your stay. All bed linens and bath towels are provided. (Please bring Beach Towels as they are not provided)

Small Pet under 20 lbs will be considered. You must have preapproval before booking. Please message with Pet AGE, BREED MIX, WEIGHT BEFORE BOOKING! You will also need to supply current shots record within 24 hours of booking.

Pet may be on the enclosed grounds off-leash with owner supervision. Pet parents are expected to clean up all pet 'deposits'. Non-barking and non-destructive pet may be left in cottage if crated. Crate provided in unit. Pets are only allowed in the main living/dining spaces and absolutely should not be allowed in the bedrooms. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Cleaning fees will be higher if needed. Pets require approval on a case by case basis from the homeowner and pet fee will be charged ($150+ per Pet Fee required.) Please notify owner of your pet details (breed mix, age & weight) for final approval prior to rental. Current shots record required w/in 24 hr of booking.
