PRIME LOCATION DOWNTOWN in the West End, close to everything! You can literally park & not drive again! Main Street & its Shops & Restaurants, Falls Park, & the Baseball Stadium are a 2 minute walk away! We have comfy furniture, big screen tvs, wood burning fireplace, front/back patios with grill. Upstairs room with vaulted ceilings, king bed, big smart tv, full bathroom, & laundry is in the hall. This is a duplicate listing and can also be rented with the additional bedroom/bathroom.
Excellent corner unit within our 13 unit Townhome complex next to the lawn and creek. We have 2 dedicated parking spots directly in front of the unit. There is also 1 guest spot that the community shares (first come first serve), but there is plenty of free parking directly across the street (where you can see your vehicle) or on the street out front. There are 2 places to let your dog do its thing (picking up after it of course) or take it for a long walk or run on the Swamp Rabbit Trail or up Main street. There is a dumpster for all your trash. Every one in the community is super cool, so please be respectful during your stay so we can continue to operate and maintain good relations with them and the HOA.
LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!!! Can't stress enough how close and convenient this Townhouse is to everything! You can literally park your car and not have to drive again your entire trip. There is also a trolley pick up right across the street. We walk everywhere and also ride bikes right from the front door to our favorite breweries and other spots on the trail (let us know if you need some bikes). Uber and Lyft are also super easy to hail with wait times normally around 3 minutes or less.
