You can waive this fee but you will be required to place a deposit equal to the covered insurance which is $1500. You can also increase coverage to $3000 for an extra $20. This will be a requirement for anyone using the boat dock or under the age of 25. Please notify the property manager for any changes prior to your reservation.
2)Pet Owners; you will be required to place a deposit of $100 per pet, this will be returned 7 days after checkout providing there are no damages and you picked up after your dog. It is strongly recommended that you increase the Damage Insurance being provide with your reservation.
3)Anyone under the age of 25 must seek owners consent prior to booking. You may be required to place a refundable deposit.
